Vydrica

Design of one of the most lucrative residential building in the V4 project Vydrica, located in close proximity to the historic object of the water tower, in the historical center of Bratislava. The task was to design the interior of a 4-room apartment for comfortable living of a modern four-member family. The design is inspired by the 70s, when the old Vydrica was demolished. The use of circular and curved lines on furniture, cladding, and lighting suggests the fluidity and softness of the interior.

The result is a contrast between elegance and a warm, cheerful space, with dominant elements of wood, stone, glass, and the playful touch of the terrazzo cladding. The iconic Camaleonda sofa, designed by Mario Bellini for the Bbitalia brand, as well as the Moon lamp by David Groppi, serve as the accent points of the interior.
